We make your arrival easy at any hour with a digital access system for the building. Before you arrive you'll receive your access codes so you can come in comfortably, safely and independently. Our team is available to help you throughout your stay.

Complimentary Bip! cards
We provide complimentary Bip! cards so you can use Santiago's metro and buses during your stay. Topping up the balance and the cost of each journey are the guest's responsibility, and can be done at the top-up points in Metro stations.

Check-in from 12:00 noon and check-out until 11:00 am. Arriving earlier or need to stay longer? We arrange early check-in and late check-out subject to availability, for an additional charge.
